I’m Ingrid Snydal (aka Something Wonderful blogger) and I’ve been writing this blog for almost a year. I started writing as a way of sharing my ideas about positive thinking and looking at life on the bright side.
I wanted to offer tips and tricks that were keeping me sane during a time when my life was challenging, to say the least. Through sharing my ideas I could feel great connections beginning to form. I wanted to be able to help anyone that was facing a personal or medical challenge.
My daily routines of connecting with nature, stating my intentions, and changing the way my inner voice spoke to me, were having a positive impact on my healing and on my life in general. Little did I know, I was offering hope to others too.
I believe that by showing my vulnerabilities, I’m allowing myself to get to the wonderful parts that lie within.
